December of 2006 FOP Lodge #145 won arbitration against the City of Warr Acres.

In said arbitration, Lieutenants received a 6% pay raise, Sergeants received a 4% and Officers received a 3% pay increase.

At the beginning of the negotiation year, February of 2006, Mayor Tardibono suggested a 3% salary increase to all members of the police department, across the board. The city council voted it down, which led to the arbitration and subsequently led to the city paying more than originally offered.

At the February 13th meeting the lodge voted to support Mayor Tardibono for reelection to the office of Mayor. The lodge also voted to support incumbent Ward #2 Councilman Dr. Stewart Shapiro. Also in the meeting the lodge voted to support Mr. Nathan Johns for Councilman in Ward #1, Mr. Dean Johnson for Councilman in Ward #3 and Mr. Jason Eischen for Councilman in Ward #4.
